1. A $25 fee applies to all checks returned for insufficient funds. Your timely payment is especially important to us, as we count on our current sales income to support continued production.

2. A $35 restocking fee will apply to all cancelled orders.

3. By electing to have your order shipped, you assume the risk of product damage during transport. Rice Farm will not honor any claims related to product damage occurring during transport, including, but not limited to, replacement value and shipping charges. This strict policy is necessary because FedEx and UPS will not honor claims on perishable goods. Rice Farm makes every reasonable effort to ensure its products remain in good condition in transport. Our products are packaged in accordance with guidelines provided by FedEx or UPS for perishables. After the package leaves our custody, we have no control over the manner in which it is treated/handled by FedEx or UPS.
